About our Internship Program

Flourishe Internship Program is designed for individuals who are passionate about Entrepreneurhsip/Dreak Seekers or those who are seeking a career in Community Development, Event Planning/Coordinating, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business/Project Management & Communications. Other career fields may be considered.

Interns will work closely with our Management Team on our various projects as well as our social networking website to develop the necessary experience in the above-mentioned fields. Interns will also be able to develop their own web presence as a part of the Flourishe Brand.

Requirements

All interns must have access to the Internet, have Good Listening Skills, ability to work under pressure, Detail Oriented, flexible schedules and a Positive Attitude. Interns must be a current student in a College/University or who have achieved a Junior level in a College/University.

Job Specifications

As daily tasks will vary, our Interns will have opportunities to work with our Management to productively perform duties in many different areas. All Flourishe Brand Projects including but not limited to are: “So. Cal’s Natural Beauty Pageant”, Waiting to Exhale Parites, Yuyu's Boutique & SuperMOM CLub will be the primary focal point during the internship program.

Compensation/Employment

This is an unpaid internship. Prior to the official start date, Interns must submit official documentation on school letterhead defining the school’s specifications to receiving the Class Credits. Employment is not guaranteed after the Internship has ended but you are encouraged to apply with the Organization.

Deadlines

Fall, Spring & Summer applicants are accepted on a rolling basis.
