The FL-920A is an automated glue scraping and coating machine designed for various heat sinks. Only manual placement and removal of the heat sinks from the fixture are required, while the other processes are fully automated.
The machine operates automatically, with the workflow as follows: manual placement of heat sinks → turntable rotation → automatic glue scraping → turntable rotation → manual removal and discharge.
The machine is designed with two fixtures on the turntable to hold heat sinks, allowing simultaneous glue scraping while placing the heat sinks, effectively improving work efficiency.
The machine uses steel mesh printing, and different products can be equipped with varied steel meshes, ensuring precision and uniformity in glue thickness and application.
The turntable fixtures are easy to remove and replace, allowing for quick adjustments to accommodate different heat sinks.
Depending on the size of the heat sinks, the fixture can be designed to hold multiple heat sinks simultaneously for glue scraping, further improving efficiency.
The machine uses Mitsubishi PLC control, with a touchscreen HMI for easy operation and quick learning.
