- The FL-618 Horizontal Fuse Tube Heat Shrink Sleeve Forming Machine is a fully automated machine designed specifically for inserting sleeves onto axial components such as inductors, resistors, fuses, diodes, and similar parts.
- The machine also features a vibration bowl system for fully automated material feeding, enabling the automated processing of bulk components like resistors and fuses.
- By using banded components and roll heat shrink tubing or PTFE tubing, the machine performs cutting, sleeve insertion, and forming functions. The sleeve is applied onto the component leads, with the option to customize it to fit the body. It also supports horizontal forming and can perform K-cutting if required.
- All actions are completed automatically, and the machine can accommodate different shapes by simply replacing the forming molds. The sleeve length can be easily adjusted to meet production needs.
