Product Description:

• Capacitors, LEDs, and similar components are automatically fed using a vibration bowl system, with linear feeding to the sleeve forming turntable mechanism.
• The machine automatically identifies the polarity of electrolytic capacitors, LEDs, and other polarized components, sorting them in a fixed direction to meet the polarity requirements during the forming process.
• A high-precision sleeve insertion mechanism ensures that heat shrink tubing or PTFE tubing is accurately inserted onto the leads of capacitors/LEDs, with adjustable sleeve lengths.
• After the sleeve is applied, the capacitors/LEDs are formed and lead-cut in separate stations. The forming and cutting sizes are adjustable, and mold changes can be made to alter the forming shape.
• The processed capacitors/LEDs are automatically unloaded, with automatic counting included.
• The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and a touchscreen HMI, using a cam divider for stable operation and high precision.
• All actions are fully automated, requiring no manual operation except for loading the capacitors/LEDs into the vibration bowl and inserting the roll tubing.
