- The FL-617 Fully Automatic Fuse Tube Heat Shrink Sleeve Forming Machine is a specialized machine for processing banded or bulk fuse tubes. It automatically inserts heat shrink tubing onto the fuse tube body and PTFE tubing onto the leads, or can apply only one type of tubing, depending on production requirements. It then proceeds to fully automatic forming and lead cutting, ensuring precision and consistency.
- This machine can also be used for bulk fuse tubes, with a vibration bowl feeding system that enables fully automated material feeding, streamlining the entire tube processing operation.
The equipment operates fully automatically, with the workflow as follows:
