F.A.Q.

Yes—compatibility mainly depends on your package type, heatsink hole/thread structure, and your process flow (screw-only or with thermal grease/insulation). Share your drawings and samples, and we’ll recommend the right configuration and tooling.
We control the process with programmable torque/depth settings, rigid fixturing for perfect alignment, stable screw feeding, and pass/fail judgment logic. If results fall outside your limits, the machine alarms and can stop or reject the part to prevent defects from moving downstream.
Output depends on whether you’re doing screw fastening only or combining steps like grease dispensing, insulation placement, or lead processing. We size the station layout to your target cycle time and confirm capacity during sample testing based on your actual parts.
Changeover is driven by quick-change tooling and saved “recipes.” Typically you swap the fixture/rails and select the correct program for screw locations and parameters. We can design standardized tooling to keep changeovers simple and repeatable.
We can integrate metered grease dispensing with anti-mess fixturing, plus error-proofing for insulation placement. Optional sensors/vision can verify presence and position, and the machine can stop or reject any unit that doesn’t meet the criteria.
