The machine uses a three-axis system, and during operation, only board placement and board removal are required.
The machine can be equipped with either an original Japanese-imported spindle or a domestic spindle, with a maximum spindle speed of 60,000 rpm, ensuring stable operation, high precision, and long service life.
The depaneling process generates minimal stress, leaving smooth edges and no burrs, making it easy to operate.
