Product Description:
- Ideal for Lead Trimming of Bulk Radial Components, using flat feeding, and suitable for trimming various components.
- The lead trimming unit and vibration feeding unit can be used separately or combined, increasing the versatility of the machine.
- Features a special cutting method with imported Japanese steel tools, ensuring long tool life and easy adjustment.
- Capable of automatic feeding for components such as electrolytic capacitors (3-10mm diameter, height up to 16mm), LEDs (3-8mm diameter), transistors, and some ceramic capacitors. Other non-standard radial components can also be fed with customizable feeding trays for lead trimming.
- The machine consists of a lead trimming unit, vibration feeding tray, and supporting trolley.
- If components cannot be fed by the standard vibration tray, custom vibration trays can be designed, using the FL-803S model to complete the lead trimming operation.
