- Forming shapes include 90-degree bends, inward bends, outward bends, front and rear bends, K-bending, and both long and short leads. Customization is available based on customer requirements.
- The automatic vibrating bowl feeder feeds components into the machine, which then completes the processes of clamping, lead straightening, polarity detection, orientation, secondary testing, waste ejection, lead cutting, and forming in one continuous cycle. Additional processes can be added based on special requirements.
- Features a modular die set, making mold changes quick and convenient. Each set of molds can be individually adjusted. The tooling is made of Japanese-imported steel for high durability.
