- Imported cam drive mechanism ensures precise, stable, and durable performance with low noise. All components undergo special hardening treatment for extended service life.
- Forming shapes include 90-degree bends, inward bends, outward bends, front and rear bends, K-bending, and both long and short leads. Customization is available based on customer requirements.
- The automatic vibrating bowl feeder supplies components, and the machine performs a series of processes: clamping, lead straightening, polarity detection, orientation, secondary testing, waste ejection, lead cutting, and forming, all in one cycle. Additional processes can be added as per special requirements.
