Product Description:

- Vibrating bowls and molds are custom-made based on customer requirements. Lead length is adjustable, with length tolerance within ±0.3mm. K-position height is adjustable, making the machine easy to adjust and highly compatible.
- Customized equipment with a dedicated automatic feeding system, designed specifically for components such as varistors with similar material characteristics. The entire machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC, with special guide rails ensuring precise positioning. The process of part retrieval, lead straightening, lead cutting, and 90-degree bending is completed sequentially.
- The forming molds are suitable for components with similar shapes (consistent lead spacing and body size thickness variation within 1mm). Molds can also be replaced according to actual needs.
- Molds are made from Japanese-imported DC53 steel, ensuring a long service life.
