- The FL-957 Transistor Sleeve and Magnetic Bead Forming Machine is a specialized machine designed for tube or bulk transistors, capable of automatically applying sleeves to leads and then bending and forming the leads.
- The machine is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC and features a touchscreen HMI for easy operation. All movements are carried out in stages, making it suitable for various transistor packaging types such as TO-220, TO-247, and others.
- Feeding options:
Bulk transistors can be automatically fed using a vibration bowl system.
Tube transistors are automatically fed using a material rack.
- Working process: The process involves fully automated feeding of MOSFETs to the sleeve station, followed by automatic sleeve feeding and cutting, sleeve application, heat shrinking, magnetic bead insertion, glue dispensing, and finally lead forming and cutting.
- The entire process is fully automated, requiring no manual operation. The machine can apply sleeves to either the middle lead or the side leads, and magnetic beads can be inserted according to customer specifications. The forming process can also be customized.
